IndoChine Chijmes is set to trump many an eatery in the famous Chijmes complex along Victoria Street. Easily accessed from City Hall station, IndoChine promises to once again showcase ‘nutraceutical’ cuisine with finger food and tapas inspired by the culinary traditions of Vietnam, Laos (Michael Ma’s home country), and Cambodia. In keeping with the internationalist vibe of the many IndoChine restaurants, this iteration in the heart of Singapore also offers plenty of Western and European dishes, or Asian fusion creations that blend the two hemispheres. Alongside a typically fantastic range of drinks, this new kid on the block is a coup for IndoChine.
